Melting on a hot day?
No one like to have their perfect make up look melt away on them on a hot day. Even worse the eyeliner smudging down beneath their eyes, giving them the not intended smudged look of death.
Here is a quick and easy tip!
If you don't appreciate the way a pencil liner melts in the sweltering heat, opt to change for an eyeshadow instead. Using a very narrow tipped brush or applicator you can dust your favorite color close to your lashes.
Bye bye smudge and hello sexy eyes!

I used to have this problem alot...However, when I first started out I used eyeshadow as my "eyeliner" and it still smudges sometimes (one time it smudged when I was at a job interview). I think it really depends on the brand that you are using

Yes Cynthia, but most often it has to do with type of skin you have. I will write a "tips" post on ho wto prevent smudging even with eyeshadow for those who are prone to smudges no matter what they wear!
