e.l.f. Lip Liner Pencils
This package has 2 Lip Liners Pencils and one cute heart shape Sharpener. The shade I have chosen is Natural.
e.l.f. claims that the Velvety ProVitamin Complex™ color caresses your lips with naturally long-lasting, never feathering, hydrating pigments.
Many will tell you that a Lip Liner is exactly just that, but I'm here to tell you they are wrong!
Oh Yes Must Have: It was very smooth and glided so nicely on my lips as I outlined them. On very dry hot days during the summer my lips would get very dry, yet I would still be able to apply the liner very easily on my lips.
The shade was perfect for me and knowing I had 2 in my package was a pleasant bonus for the cheap price of $1.00.
No No: The sharpener is more of a cute extra and not something I would use for all my pencils. I much preferred the Dual Pencil Sharpener from e.l.f. as it had a clear capture to really keep all the shavings from making a horrible mess on my makeup desk.
Overall a steal to receive 2 Lip Liner Pencils for a small price of $1.00.
Now I'm off to make my lips kissable and test them out on my husband!
