Looking at the ingredient list, you won’t see any of the usual cast of characters for targeting age spots and other discolourations. Such as Hydroquinone, Kojic Acid, Licorice or Bearberry Extract.
However, very high on the ingredient list (#3 after Water and Glycerin) is Niacinimide (Vitamin B3). By looking up these ingredients I have found that Niacinimide has several skin antiaging effects.
It exfoliates dead surface cells, protects from future UVB damage and promotes the production of healthy new cells.
